Mr.Navin Kakkar started his career in 1981 with Glaxo as Medical Representative, where he was bestowed with the Superstar award for his meritorious performance. In 1985, he resigned from Glaxo and started his own company Macaw Laboratories in partnership. In 1995, he withdrew his ownership from Macaw and founded Profic in the same year.

With extensive industrial experience in the Pharma industry, Mr. Kakkar inspires everyone working with him to put in their best to provide “quality medicines” at “affordable prices”.

Fondly known as “Papaji”, Mr. G.R. kakkar joined Profic in 1995 after his retirement from Ministry of Finance (Defence), Office of the Controller of Defence Accounts. His expertise in dealing with financial matters with vendors, suppliers and employees has earned Profic the reputation of honoring all its financial commitments on time.

He has an infectious personality that instills discipline and re-inforces committment amongst all those working at Profic.

A Pharma graduate from Sagar University, Mr. Manoj Aggarwal joined Profic in 1997 and has an extensive experience in the field of manufacturing of Pharma products. His research and analytical abilities has led to the development of best quality effervescent digestive tablets and highly palatable mouth- dissolving anti-allergic tablets.

His inclination towards Marketing inspired him to complete MBA (Marketing). His rational approach and deep involvement in micro-biology has distinguished Profic from other Pharma companies by developing scientifically- tested products in the form of clinical trials and in- vitro studies.

He believes that persistent hard- work coupled with a positive approach can make one climb the ladder of success.

Mr. Anupam Singh Solanki is a testament to the power of dedication, continuous learning, and ethical leadership. He embarked on his journey with Profic Organic Ltd. in 2006 as an Area Business Executive in Varanasi. Through his unwavering commitment and business acumen, he climbed the ranks, becoming a Regional Business Executive (RBE) in 2011, followed by key leadership roles as a Divisional Business Executive (2015) and eventually the General Manager, Sales (2023).

With nearly two decades of experience at Profic, Mr. Anupam has played a pivotal role in driving growth, inspiring teams, and fostering a culture of integrity and excellence. His ability to adapt, lead, and make strategic business decisions has positioned him at the forefront of the company’s success.
